I had the pleasure of being a cook in this restaurant for a period of 3 months... the food quality overal is good and its well kept and stored properly... the chef is from australia and he's a pleasant fellow his culinary abilities are average. He cooks the same thing over and over again... but the food is tasty and the soups are good and made from scratch... but overal its good consistancy all the time... the line is very small in the downstairs part of the pub very unique it makes it. the kitchen is upstairs where all the prep is made and stored. the new cabaret at the top adds a new dynamic to the bedford hotel and the dynamic culinary place. I had the pleasure of experiencing the ghost up in the kitchen very unique tale of the man that was murdered in the hotel. but overal its a good place to eat and no bad food experiences while working here. everything is foodsafe standards.
