Pros:
The manager TRIES to make things better. Gave us free dessert.
Cons:
Hair in our food, COLD sandwich that was to be warm, very small portions.

We have been in there 2 times and both were disappointing.
First time there was POOR service, where the waitress cared more about customers with babies "how cute" blah blah blah and forgot her other customers. Then the next time the food was cold, had hair in it and was very small portion for the money.
